On Thursday, June ,29 over 50 Students,Teachers & Staff of UNIVA, gathered at 7 am to attack the trash problem and collected about 95 bags of trash including cigarette butts.
The clean up areas included the streets of Universidad del Valle de Atemajac, Tecnológico de Monterrey and Av. Palmeras.
The following all participated in the clean up.
Headed by Campus Director, Dr. Luis Ignacio Zúñiga Bobadilla, the head of Higher Secondary Education, Mr. Julián Barraza Ruelas, the head of Higher Education, Lic. Ana Leticia Chávez Rochín plus the following teachers: Júpiter Osoria Fernández, Manuel Ernesto Becerra Bizarrón, Ramón Valdez López, Pedro Ignacio Godínez Martínez, Germán Contreras Loza, Lizeth del Rosario Arce Vázquez
