A call to join “Arte al Parque 2021” has been issued by the Ministry of Culture of the State of Jalisco through the Directorate of Operation and Cultural Programming, and the State Fund
for the Promotion of Culture and the Arts Trust encouraging education, professionalization and continuous training.
This Call is issued in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Culture of the State of Jalisco, and the individual parastatal public bodies for the period 2018 - 2024, in order to strengthen the collaboration links with this state’s creative people, and promote the construction of peace based on culture and the arts.
Under this context, the State Government has established as one of its purposes, to reactivate the public parks of the Guadalajara metropolitan area, with artistic activities presented to the attending public through workshops, presentations, exhibitions, performance and/or activities.
The “Arte al Parque” project consists of the economic and material benefits that the Ministry of Culture and the Trust Fund for the Promotion of Culture and the Arts will grant to professionals of the arts of Jalisco who wish to participate. The "Arte al Parque” program will tour some parks in the Guadalajara metropolitan area during the months of October, November and December, with artistic presentations of any discipline in small formats, and with the objective to reactivate culture in a safe way in a public space.
People of legal age and based in the state of Jalisco who may be artists, professionals of the arts in any of their disciplines, managers, cultural mediators, and people with disabilities may participate. Participation may be individual or collective. People from all over the state of Jalisco are encouraged to join, including those from the sunny beaches of Puerto Vallarta.

Theater
Music
Painting
Photography
Sculpture
Literature
Circus
Interdiscipline
