Free Basic Education Accreditation for Adolescents and Adults through INEA Jalisco

The Ministry of Public Education informs that the National Institute for Adult Education (INEA) will hold the National Exam Applications for the month of June, from Friday 18 to Sunday 27.

The effort is aimed at 15-year-olds and older that require accreditation of literacy levels, primary and secondary.

The strategy also considers girls and boys who are in an age range between 10 and 14 years, who need to certify their primary studies. Likewise, those who are already in care at the INEA and need to complete some educational level, as well as newcomers, may participate.

People who complete the accreditation for primary or secondary school will receive the corresponding certificate with official validity, so those interested may submit one of three types of exams on paper or online:

Final Exam: For those who already study at the INEA at the literacy, primary, or secondary levels with the basic and diversified modules; those who are in primary or secondary school and must have 1 to 3 modules to complete their educational level; for students who have completed their literacy process, but have not taken their final exam. Each person can take up to two exams per day.

Knowledge Recognition Exam: Designed for people with work experience and school background, whether or not they are INEA students, who take a single exam through which, if they accredit it, they can receive the corresponding primary or secondary certificate. It is necessary to present proof of training issued at your workplace.

Diagnostic Exam: It is aimed at new students and those who wish to rejoin. It is also designed for active learners who must have 5 or more educational modules to complete primary or secondary school, and for people with a first and second grade of secondary school report card.

The National Exam Application Day corresponding to the month of June, will be applied in the Community Squares of the State Institutes of Adult Education (IEEA,) and the Operation Units, as well as in other available venues, based on local sanitary conditions.

For this, the sanitary protocols established by the health authorities will be implemented, such as taking the temperature of each participant, the obligation to use face masks at all times, use of antibacterial gel and respect for healthy distance, among others.

Therefore, interested parties are invited to consult the corresponding dates and times, on the websites of each state, or the telephone number 800 00 60 300.

It should be remembered that, during the May event, 35,888 people managed to complete some primary or secondary education level. In addition, 23,337 people joined the INEA services and 10,934 more were reincorporated.

That is why the INEA also summons those who have already finished their studies and who have not yet collected their certificate, to request it at the Institute of Adult Education of their entity or to contact the free 800 number of their state that they will find in the following link:
