With the delivery of 225 property titles, the dream of the families of the Rancho Nácar neighborhood, seeking a secure heritage, became a reality.
More than one hundred people completed the pastry and sewing workshops and courses in the rural areas supported by DIF Puerto Vallarta.
With the aim of continuing to promote learning and personal improvement through productive projects, the Puerto Vallarta Municipal DIF System, through the Community Development program, in coordination with DIF Jalisco, held courses and workshops of bakery and sewing in rural communities, their final projects being presented in the town of El Zancudo. Students presented projects in sewing and cakes and pastries.
It was attended by the director of the Municipal DIF System, Celina Lomelí Ramírez, who congratulated the students for their perseverance and dedication to continue improving themselves and having a better quality of life by learning a trade that can contribute to the economy of their homes.
In this way, the hundred people who belong to the groups concluded the course "Fine Pastry with Hygiene and Safety," in the towns of El Ranchito, El Cantón and El Zancudo, and the workshop "Undertaking My Business with White Design," in the town of Rancho Nácar.
It is worth mentioning that the classes are carried out in small groups and following hygiene measures, through a training grant, by certified teachers from the Institute of Training for Work (IDEFT) of the State of Jalisco.
At the closing event were the delegate of the Regional 09 Costa Sierra Occidental of the Jalisco DIF, Analí Marcelo Martínez; the agency's deputy director of programs, César Venegas Arceo; and the Community Development coordinator, Gonzalo Yingshen Gay Melchor.
